    If you are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR), we do not require any deposit. We want to make starting your sleep therapy stress-free. For foreign patients, a full deposit is required prior to renting.

  • Why is the deposit waived for locals?

    Since 2004, ERIKG has been a steady anchor for the local community. After 22 years, we operate on mutual trust. Waiving the deposit for Citizens and PRs removes financial barriers so you can focus entirely on your therapy.

  • Do foreigners need to pay a deposit?

    Yes, a full equipment deposit is collected from foreign patients for CPAP rentals. However, you still receive our signature 22-year ERIKG support, including pressure-free mask fittings and expert guidance at our Jurong, Hougang and Orchard centers.

  • What documents do I need for rental?

    To enjoy our zero-deposit CPAP rental, simply present your valid Singapore NRIC (proving Citizen or PR status) when you visit our Jurong, Hougang and Orchard service centers to pick up your machine.

  • Are there hidden fees with no deposit?

    No, there are no hidden fees. ERIKG does not rely on gimmicks. Singapore Citizens and PRs only pay the standard, honest rental fee for the duration of the rental, backed by our reliable lifetime support.

  • Do I need doctor prescription to rent ResMed CPAP?

    Yes, ERIKG requires a doctor's prescription or a clinical sleep study report diagnosing you with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) before proceeding with a CPAP rental consultation. This ensures our experienced sleep consultants set the ResMed AirSense 10 strictly to your exact medical pressure requirements for safe and effective therapy.

  • Traveling Overseas with AirSense 10

    Yes, you are permitted to travel internationally with your rental machine. The ResMed AirSense 10 is incredibly travel-friendly. It is also is FAA-approved for in-flight use, and features a universal power supply (100V-240V) that automatically adapts to overseas power outlets. We advise emptying the HumidAir™ humidifier water tub completely before packing it safely in your carry-on luggage.
